This fantastic weaving class gives students the opportunity to work on a floor loom and rigid heddle loom. They will learn how to make a warp, dress a loom, and explore weaving patterns. Projects like woven bags, scarves, and mug rugs may be made. Class is limited to 4 students. Students must be 7 years or older or by special arrangement with the GSA office. Students may take looms home to work on during the session. Susan has been a weaver for 20 years, she finds it both relaxing and challenging. For Susan weaving is like painting with fibers (not just yarn) We hope you will join us for this hands on and off the computer class.
