Drawing Together At Temple Israel (Age: 4 years)

Paint Draw & More is excited to bring our popular drawing program to Temple Israel! Our age 4 artists will begin their journey into drawing with simple projects to teach them a ‘picture library’ through the recognition of shapes and the exploration of color, size and other drawing principles as they apply to realistic objects. Projects will include but not be limited to animals, landscapes, still life, flowers, people, characters, collage, paintings, nature, etc. Each project is designed to teach drawing of a subject and also encourage each artist to add addition details and other individual creative ideas to their drawings and paintings. Students will experience watercolor paints, papers, markers, oil and chalk pastels and pencils through their creation of paintings, collages and drawings.

Day/Dates: September 19- December 5 (no class 11/7) Time: 1:45pm-2:45pm

Fee: $385.00 for 11 weeks. **All materials are included in the program fee**

Susan Jackson loves to teach drawing and painting! Owner of Paint, Draw & More!, Georgetown School of the Arts and Masters and Mixers, Susan has been committed to art education for over 20 years. While earning an undergraduate degree as an industrial and graphic designer and then a Master's in scenic painting, Susan has held many jobs as an art instructor, teaching drawing, painting and scenic design to children.
