This is Cartooning Plus! through Stamford Recreation Department (For ages 8 -13) In this class, young artists will develop a cartoon character, create comic book story. During the session they will be designing, drawing, mask making and working in 2 and 3D. This class has been selling out and we are happy to offer our own little Comic Con at the Stamford Park and Recreation.

Day/Dates: Thursdays April 13 - June 8 Times: 4:00pm - 5:00pm

Before becoming a teacher, Heather Bennett founded “The Late Night Milk Run,” a 15 Year old online business specializing in hand made sculptures (plush dolls) and prop designs. Her work has been featured in publication including ELLE, Glamour, Milk Magazine (France) and Linda Women (Holland). Her dolls and artwork have also been seen on TV shows such as HBO’s “Girls” & “Modern Family.”
